Stoked doesn’t even begin to express how happy I am with the outcome of this cake. I was excited when she asked me to do it and after it was finished and sitting in the refrigerator waiting to be picked up, I giggled with excitement every time I looked at it. This was an incredibly fun cake to make. The colors are vibrant and on point and all of the fondant pieces and piping areas just seemed to come together perfectly.
I was so excited when my friend, Joe, asked me to create his wife’s 50th birthday cake. They planned a gorgeous party at their house, where a chef came and cooked dinner for their friends and them. It was a gorgeous set-up, filled with roses and pink decorations. I was so glad when I dropped off the cake, to see that it was going to fit in perfectly with the rest of the set-up. This is such an elegant looking cake .This cake is simple and sweet vanilla cake, the petals are fondant with the tips painted pink, and the roses are real, fresh roses.
